Wikipedia gives this definition of a hot dog “ A hot dog is a sausage served in a sliced bun. It is commonly garnished with mustard, ketchup, onions, mayonnaise, relish or sauerkraut.”  But in our area, it comes normally with “sauce”.  We have a lot of unique “hot dog” restaurants, and we wanted to share a few with you.
