Make your lodging accommodations in Marion County and you are just a short drive to some of the state’s most challenging greens, wooded fairways and breathtaking views of the area’s premier golf courses.  In addition to courses that are open to the public such as Bel Meadow Country Club, White Day Golf Club, Lakeview Golf Resort and Apple Valley Country Club, private clubs such as Green Hills Country Club, Fairmont Field Club, The Pines Country Club, the Bridgeport Country Club and Pete Dye Golf Club offer open play days.  However, this will vary by day and availability.  To ensure play on all the area courses, join the West Virginia Golf Association www.wvga.org.
